What is Push to Talk?

With Push to Talk, candidates hold a button while speaking. It's on by default and makes sessions much more reliable in noisy rooms.

1. To let candidates talk hands-free, turn on Disable 'Push to Talk'.
2. With Push to Talk on, interruptions are always allowed.
3. With it off, choose whether candidates can interrupt the agent with Allow Interruptions.
