What Nokhba is
Nokhba, based in Dubai, is an AI HR platform for the GCC. It covers AI interviews in Arabic and English (video or written), CV analysis, document compliance, attendance, leave and onboarding. Most of its customers are employers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
It does that well. Interviews come back with scores and reasons, the platform covers HR work after the hire, including visa document tracking, and it states readiness for the UAE PDPL.
Where it falls short

Setup is a sentence
