KABi (HYRDD) alternative: just the screening step, no new ATS
KABi sells HYRDD, an AI hiring platform for Gulf organisations. It bundles applicant tracking, AI screening, AI-assisted technical interviews with video analysis, and psychometric assessments.
If you want all of that from one local vendor, it fits. If you already have an ATS and only need a better first screen, you are looking at a full platform, a sales conversation and no published price to get one step.
The short version
- Scope: HYRDD is a full ATS plus interviews and psychometrics. Greet is the screening step alone, on top of your current ATS.
- What it tests: Psychometrics measure traits. Greet puts the candidate in a spoken scenario from the job. The two can work together.
- Price: KABi pricing is not public. Greet is $99/month for 100 sessions.
What KABi (HYRDD) is
KABi, based in Riyadh, makes HYRDD: applicant tracking, AI screening, AI-assisted technical interviews with video analysis, and psychometric assessments. It serves Saudi giga-projects, government and enterprise employers, plus growing companies.
It is built for Gulf hiring and national workforce programmes, combines several tools in one platform, and has local presence in KSA, the UAE and Jordan. For organisations that want a single regional vendor, that matters.
Where it falls short
From its own site:
- It is a full ATS. That is more than you need if you only want screening.
- Video analysis plays a role in shortlisting.
- Pricing is not public.
What Greet does instead
Add one step, change nothing else
Greet does not replace your ATS. Share a link in the job post, or import a CSV and send each applicant a unique link. If you want results to flow back, connect Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, BambooHR, Workable and more through the API. Or skip that and export results as CSV or PDF.
Test the task, not the trait
A psychometric test tells you how someone describes themselves. Greet shows you what they do. The AI plays the other side of a real situation: a hotel guest whose room is not ready, a tenant with a maintenance complaint, a customer chasing a refund. It asks follow-ups the way a real person would. Keep your psychometrics if you value them, and add the scenario alongside.
Scores from words, with the proof attached
You set the assessment blocks: communication, English level, knowledge, problem-solving. Each session returns a match rate, a written summary, a transcript and, on Pro and above, the recording. Scores come from the dialogue and answers, and you can read or play the part behind each one.
Live in an afternoon
Type a line like “Screen concierge staff for a luxury hotel, 10 minutes, warm tone” and AI fills in the instructions, questions and settings. Press Play to take it yourself. Then share it. Turn on Camera Required or Block Copy & Paste if you need them.
Same scenarios for training
After the hire, the scenarios run as role-play training. New staff practise the difficult guest or the difficult call, and you see progress in the same dashboard.

Which one to pick
Pick KABi if you are a Saudi organisation that wants one local vendor for ATS, interviews and psychometrics. If you need interviews in Arabic, Greet is not the tool.
Pick Greet if you already have an ATS, hire for English-language roles (hospitality, real estate, customer service, remote teams), and want a screen you can try on one role this week.
Try it on one role
- Pick an English-language role you are hiring for now.
- Write the guest, client or customer situation that role faces most.
- Take the interview yourself with Play.
- Send the link and compare scores with your current shortlist.
Create your Greet account and run it on one role.
