What Hurraay is
Hurraay is a Berlin company that uses AI agents to screen CVs, run phone assessment calls with candidates and book the best ones into your calendar. It mainly serves German recruiters, agencies and growing companies, and is positioned partly as an agency replacement.
It does that well. Per-use pricing is transparent, real phone calls suit many candidates, and it combines CV screening with the calls.

You set the assessment blocks: knowledge, communication, English or German level, problem-solving, or your own.
