It is strong at what it was built for: very large campus and mass hiring drives, with serious proctoring and one system that covers the whole funnel.
Where it falls short
From its own site:
- It is enterprise software. HirePro is aimed at large employers, not small hiring teams.
- Long for the candidate. An assessment-heavy process can mean several separate tasks before anyone hears the candidate speak.

Scores built on your criteria

Cheating controls, without a proctoring suite
Turn on Camera Required so the session cannot start until the camera is on and uncovered. Turn on Block Copy & Paste so typed answers cannot be pasted in. Leave both off for roles where they do not matter.
Same scenarios for the first week on the job
After the hire, the scenarios become role-play training. New hires practise the hard calls with the AI and you track their progress in the same dashboard.
