Cammio alternative: scored voice interviews from $99, not €620 a month
Cammio lists its plans publicly, which is more than most video interview vendors do. The entry price is €620 a month.
For a large European employer that may be a rounding error. For a team hiring a handful of support or front desk people each month, it is a lot to pay for a tool where candidates still record to a webcam and someone on your side still has to watch the result.
The short version
- Price: Cammio starts at €620/month. Greet is $99/month for 100 completed sessions, or $200/month for 500.
- Review: Cammio answers are mostly judged by hand. Greet scores every session against criteria you write.
- Camera: Cammio is video-first. In Greet, the camera is your choice, and candidates can talk by voice alone.
What Cammio is
Cammio is a Dutch platform for pre-recorded video interviews and employer video messaging. Data is hosted in the EU, and its customers are mostly mid-market and enterprise employers and staffing agencies across Europe.
It does a few things well. EU data centres matter to GDPR-minded buyers, it pairs interviews with branded video messages from your team, and it has been in the European market for years.
Where it falls short
From its own pricing page:
- The entry price is high. €620 a month is several times what lightweight tools charge.
- Review is still manual. Recorded answers still need a person to watch and judge them.
- Video-first can cost you candidates. People who are uncomfortable on camera may drop out, even when the job never involves a camera.
What Greet does instead
It costs a fraction of the entry plan
Greet’s Pro plan is $99 a month for 100 sessions. A session credit is used only when a candidate completes the interview, so the people who open the link and leave do not cost you anything. The price is on the site, and you can sign up and build an interview without a call.
The scoring is done when you arrive
You define the assessment blocks: product knowledge, communication, English level, problem-solving, or whatever the role needs. Greet scores each one from the conversation. Every session comes back with a match rate, a written summary, the transcript and the recording. Sort by score and listen only to the people near the line.
Voice first, camera when you need it
Most phone and support roles are about how someone sounds and what they say. Greet runs as a voice conversation in the browser on a laptop or phone, and it can also call applicants. If you want to see the candidate, switch on Camera Required: the interview cannot start until the camera is on and uncovered.
The interview looks like the job
The AI can play a part. A customer whose order went missing. A patient confused about a bill. A caller who will not take no for an answer. It asks follow-ups when an answer is vague, so the candidate has to actually handle the situation rather than describe it.

Which one to pick
Pick Cammio if you are a larger European employer that needs EU-hosted video interviews, wants branded video messaging in the same tool, or needs interviews in Dutch.
Pick Greet if you hire for spoken, customer-facing roles in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese or Georgian, and you would rather pay $99 a month for scored conversations than €620 for videos to review.
Try it on one role
- Pick one role where you currently watch the most recordings.
- Write the hardest call that person takes in a normal week.
- Press Play and take the interview yourself.
- Send the link to the next batch of applicants and read the scores.
Create your Greet account and run it on one role.
