Boud Connect AI alternative: an interview that asks a follow-up
Boud’s Connect AI does a lot for Saudi and regional employers. It writes job descriptions, matches candidates against a large talent pool, screens resumes and runs AI-generated video interviews, in Arabic and English.
The video interviews are recorded responses with transcripts. The candidate answers, and that is it. Nobody asks “what happened next?” And the matching that decides who gets interviewed leans heavily on resumes and profiles.
The short version
- Format: Boud candidates record answers. Greet candidates hold a conversation with an AI that follows up.
- Signal: Boud matches on resumes and profiles. Greet scores how the candidate handles a situation from the job.
- Price: Boud does not publish pricing. Greet is $99/month for 100 sessions.
What Boud Connect AI is
Connect AI, from Riyadh-based Boud, is a recruitment platform with AI job descriptions, candidate matching against a large talent pool, automated resume screening and AI-generated video interviews. It works in Arabic and English and serves Saudi and regional employers.
Its strengths are real: bilingual support, access to a large candidate database, and matching plus interviews in one product. If your problem is finding candidates in the region, the talent pool is a reason to use it.
Where it falls short
From its own product page:
- Matching relies heavily on resumes and profiles. A strong profile is not the same as a strong hire.
- Video interviews are recorded responses with transcripts. There is no back-and-forth.
- Pricing is not public.
What Greet does instead
Follow-ups, the part a recording skips
Greet’s AI listens to the answer and asks the next question a good interviewer would. “Who did you escalate it to?” “What would you tell the customer if the refund takes two weeks?” Thin answers get probed instead of scored as they are. Candidates join from a browser or phone, or Greet calls them.
The candidate handles the situation
Write up to 10 questions or scenarios. The AI can play a role: a client who disputes an invoice, a guest who wants a late checkout, an angry caller. You see what the candidate does, not what their profile says they can do.
Your criteria, every time
You choose the assessment blocks: knowledge, communication, English level, problem-solving. Each session returns a match rate, a written summary, a transcript and, on Pro and above, the recording. Every candidate is judged on the same scenario, the same way.
Start with one role, no contract
Describe the role in a sentence and AI drafts the interview. Press Play to take it yourself. Share one link, or import a CSV and send unique links. Pro is $99 a month for 100 sessions and Enterprise is $200 for 500, both listed on the site. You can also put a voice application form on your careers page with one script tag.

Which one to pick
Pick Boud Connect AI if you need interviews in Arabic, or you want access to a large regional talent pool plus job description and matching tools in one place.
Pick Greet if you already have applicants for an English-language role (customer service, hospitality, sales, remote teams) and want to hear how they handle the real situation before you shortlist.
Try it on one role
- Pick an English-language role with more applicants than you can interview.
- Write the situation that separates your best hire from an average one.
- Take the interview yourself with Play.
- Send the link and read the transcripts of the top five.
Create your Greet account and run it on one role.
